Elon Musk nakonec v představenstvu Twitteru nebude, rozmyslel si to

"On April 4, 2022, we entered into an agre(e)ment with Elon Musk (the “Letter Agr(e)ement”). The Letter Agre(e)ment provided for Mr. Musk’s appointment to our board of directors as a Class II director and provides that, for so long as Mr. Musk is serving on our board of directors and for 90 days thereafter, Mr. Musk will not, either alone or as a member of a group, become the beneficial owner of more than 14.9% of our common stock outstanding at such time, including for these purposes economic exposure through derivative securities, swaps, or hedging transactions. A description of the Letter Agre(e)ment and a copy thereof are included in a Form 8-K filed with the SEC on April 4, 2022. On April 9, 2022, Mr. Musk informed us that we would not be joining our board of directors."
Asi se mu nechce, aby se nemusel komunikačně "krotit". Nebo chce přikoupit ještě další akcie.
BTW koukám že Lupa blokuje za použití slova agre(e)ment, netuším proč.

No hlavně pokud by byl v boardu, nemůže mít víc jak ~10 % akcií, což možná usudil, že není to co on chce ;)

Někde jsem zahlédnul, že už od počátku to na představenstvo nevypadalo, protože použil formulář, kterým pouze oznamoval vlastnictví. Ale čert, aby se v těch lejstrech vyznal.
