Jo mozna jsou v USA vsechny ICQ servery, dle sloupku publikovaneho zde to vlastne nevadi, protoze je to az 4. Titulek "Zachrante Internet" je opravdu nejak na miste - navrhovana opatreni dost brutalne zasahuji do konceptu IP protokolu.
Domnivam se, ze by Internet mel zustat maximalne jednoduchy, co se principu fungovani tyce, a zachovavat rovne prilezitosti. Navrhovane zmeny sice naplni kapsu par lidem, ale cele prostredi se hodne zkomplikuje, zneprehledni, a castecne ztrati funkcnost, coz nikomu nepomuze (samozrejme, skrz castecne nefunkci sit je tezsi delat pocitacovou kriminalitu, ale pokud bychom to brali takhle, tak to cele muzeme rovnou zabalit). Nadto mi neni jasne, nakolik jsou proveditelne - kdyz treba ma mit VoIP vyssi prioritu, bude ji mit i tunelovany pres VPN? Apod.
