Takže provedli nelegální převod, dost pravděpodobně to věděli a následně byli chyceni a odsouzeni.
Neřikám, že za tim přísnějším trestem nemůže být politika, ale platí i u nás, že pokud nechci být vyšetřován a odsouzen, nedělám nic nelegálního. Takže asi tak. -
Jj připad Reliable Communications s.r.o. "Veřejný sektor ve Švýcarsku musí podle nového zákona používat open source."
Tohle by se mělo zavést po celé EU. Místo toho aby toho veřejná správa jela na Linuxu a dalších otevřených projektech, které jsou z velké většiny vyvíjený právě v Evropě, platí se z pohodlnosti a neochoty změny velké peníze Microsoftu, IBM atd. za předražená řešení která by na opensource už dávno mohla fungovat. Naše veřejné peníze se cpou Americkým firmám, takže tady v Evropě z nich toho moc nezbyde a nepodporuje se tím lokální vývoj.
K čemu například potřebuje úředník na své stanici Windows? Hry tam asi hrát nebude. Officy jsou dnes buď online nebo je alternativa například Libre Office a zbytek se všechno řeší přes prohlížeč.
Stejně tak vše co veřejný sektor nechává vyvíjet, by mělo mít dostupné zdrojáky. Když to platí z našich peněz, proč nemáme právo k tomu to taky používat a vidět jak to funguje?
Navíc by to umožnilo sdílet nějaký základ, nebo minimálně nějaké části mezi zeměmi. Nemuselo by se vše pak dělat na zelené louce když už to někdo někde asi stejně vymyslel a používá. -
Plně s vámi souhlasím a přidávám krásný příklad tunelováni v IT, zneužití studentů a školy k obohacení.
Dnešní firma FlowMon, která před cca 10 lety získala milionové granty na projekt od státu. Projekt byl přilepený k brněnské vysoké škole. Během projektu doplnili data retantion a přes PČR se dostali z větší části k ISP a institucí k uchovávaní informací. Před asi 4 lety FlowMon se prodává za stovky milionu Kč americkému vlastníkovi a tak se to stalo asi 4x. My jsme prodali kvalitní know-how těm, kteří se ve světě chlubí jak jsou technologicky na výši. Stát utřel, my jsme utřeli. Jsme jak ti indiáni s oblázky.
Já považuji dnes FlowMon za bezpečnostní riziko a to z důvodu, že vlastník je mimo náš stát a má dostup k citlivým a strategickým údajům mnoha firem, bank a institucí.
Stát mohl dál vyvíjet FlowMon ve spolupráci s vysokou školou s následným nasazením pro PČR k monitorování DATA RETENTION do firem a institucí, které to mají ze zákonné povinnosti.

Používání open source ve veřejném sektoru není tak důležité. Důležíté je aby veřejný sektor nebyl vendor locked, tj smluvně uzavřen bez možnosti snadné migrace na jiné řešení za velké peníze či s velkými obtížemi. Open source to ale asi řeší, ale open source nutně neznamená, že to má nejakou volnou licenci.

Ministerstvo pro místní rozvoj sázelo na to, že si města sama smluvně zajistí převod dat do nového systému. S tím, že se největší z dodavatelů dat bude vzpírat, se nepočítalo.
