Nesouhlasím s autorem. "Sociální" sítě (G+, Twitter, ....) nejsou pro takovéto věci použitelné, protože je tam strašný bordel. I u velmi zajímavých lidí, kteří mají jinak dobré články/postřehy/odkazy, se kolikrát ve velké míře vyskytují strašné blbosti typu "co jsem měl na večeři" nebo dotazy "kde sehnat instalatéra" a je pakárna tohle přeskakovat.
Na zdroje obsahu je podle mě stále nejlepší RSS, které se bohužel pomalu vytrácejí na úkor "sdílení" v soc. sítích :-( -

Sociální sítě pravděpodobně ne, ale zpravoodajské blogy své kouzlo mají. Měl jsem období, kdy jsem místo zpravodajství sledoval výhradně blogovací servery: Idnes, Aktuálně, Respekt, Zvědavec, Blisty, SME. Tím jsem úspěšně odfiltroval nesmysly typu "američtí vědci zjistili" a udržel jsem si přehled o tématech, která aktuálně hýbají přilehlým světem. Navíc jsem je dostával už rozebraná a okomentovaná od různých lidí z opačných konců názorového spektra. Byl to nesmírně osvěžující způsob přijímání "zpravodajství", jenom škoda, že kvůli tomu bylo nutno lozit na šest různých serverů. :-)

No a já právě pro to používám FB a Twitter, neboť všechny dobré servery, co sleduji, tak publikují všechno současně i na soc. sítích.
Mám tam vytvořeny skupiny (Lists) a v těch zatříděné zdroje dle tématu, které mne zajímá (News, Technology, Travel, Jobs...). Tak mám všechny publikované články pohromadě a stačí jen na jedno kliknutí vybrat skupinu. Nemusím tak lozit na ty desítky serverů individuálně.
Něco jako čtečka RSS, ale s mnohem více možnostmi.

Souhlasím že agregátory jsou většinou nesmysl. Ale mám už delší dobu jinou myšlenku. Třeba se jí někdo ujme:
Můj problém se zprávami je, že se opakují. Typicky je na začátku nějaký úvod ("Prezident již dříve řekl..."), pak je nějaký krátký obsah. A na konci většinou nějaké shrnutí celé kauzy. Odpoledne se něco drobného stane. A buď se článek aktualizuje (většinou bez toho aby se zvýraznilo, co se změnilo). Nebo se okopíruje původní článek (plus mínus) a drobně se upraví ten střed. Papírové noviny tím trpí o něco méně než webové, ale je to tam podobné.
Ano musí se počítat se čtenářem, který je nový. Ale tím trpí čtenáři, kteří pravedelně čtou. A pokud se vrátím po dovolené tak mi uteče spousta aktualizací kauz pokud si nepřečtu *celé* noviny.Osobně by se mi líbilo, kdyby k danému tématu (např. kauza Nagyová, Prezident a milosti) existovala jenom jedna stránka. Takové dlouhé vlákno, kam by se jenom přidávalo. A já bych se k tématu mohl přihlásit a dostavát ty novinky - přídavky. Jednak tak bude zachován lineární průběh kauzy. Nový čtenář si tak může přečíst počátky příběhu (pravda ne tak beletristicky zachyceného) a pokud na chvíli nemůže číst noviny (práce, dovolená), tak se může vrátit k vláknu tam kde skončil a numusí se po návratu z dovolené divit co se to vlastně stalo. A pravidelný čtenář bude parsovat méně textu při stejné výtěžnosti informace.
Jako čtenář se mohu více věnovat tomu co mě zajímá plus review seznamu nových témat a vláken. A pokud se rozhodnu že mě nějaké vlákno nezajímá a "vypnu ho", tak už od něj neuvidím aktualizace. Takže pokud se rozhodnu že téma "Křejčír v JARu" mě nezajímá, tak už ho neuvídím. Dokud se neobjeví nové téma "Křejčíř zpět v ČR".

viz. napriklad plavecky bazen inzerovany na jednom slevovem portalu. Uz z dalky na vas obsluha mava, ze je ted akce na www.slevovyportal.cz, tak si tam ted muzete koupit pravidelny zakazniku vstupy za polovinu ceny.
Jako vyznam mi unika, ti sami pravidleni zakaznici, kteri si vstupenky kupujou za plnou cenu a koupili by si je zase jsou nabadani k tomu, aby si koupili vstupeny na slevovem portale za polovinu, jiste na tom slevovem portale se vyskytnou i dalsi potencionalni zakaznici, takze v bazene pribude tak 10% lidi. To se provozovateli proste nemuze vyplatit.Takze provozovatel bazenu ci eshop byznys plan jednoduse nemaji zadny a cast svych zisku nechavaji uplne zbytecne slevovemu portalu, asi ze je to ted modni - takovy obchodnici dlouho nepreziji a az zaniknou skonci s nima i slevove portaly.

Jako pravidelný zákazník toho bazénu bych byl naštvaný, kdybych platil plnou cenu jen proto, že neprolízám internet a nejdu po slevách.
Naopak ocením, když jsem na slevovou akci upozorněn a nejsem "okrádán" a je se mnou jednáno slušně.
Z mého pohledu se to dlouhodobě vyplatí, protože zjistit, že nový to mají za polovinu a já věrný platím plnou cenu, je to asi naposled co mě tam viděli. -

Marně přemýšlím, jak interpretovat věty "Komunity takhle nefungují. Jsou neřiditelné a nevypočitatelné." Podle mne jsou komunity řiditelné naprosto jednoduše, stačí pořádná, odborně vedená mediální masáž a je to. Každý ví, jak je Paroubek odporný lump, co nechal rozehnat CzechTek a Zeman opilec, zatímco knížepán noblesa sama.
